Wellness Challenge: 5 A Day – Fruits and Veggies

Our new wellness program is about to begin. Get healthy by eating at least 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies every day. Great habit to get into as the summer heat rolls in. Enjoy a cold bowl of fruit to cool you off, veggies and dip. You’ll score points for the servings you eat and can get your name in the drawing for the grand prize.
