In accordance with the provisions of the Okaloosa County Ordinance No. 91-23, as amended, and Chapter 252 Florida Statutes 2001, the undersigned does hereby declare a local state of emergency and waive all procedures or formalities authorized and invoke all powers provided in accordance with said Statutes and Ordinance and pursuant to this Declaration.
